Engineer Trainee

Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) supporting core mechanical engineering and manufacturing operations.

Support root-cause investigations for component non-conformances, machining defects, and line issues.

Track tool calibrations, ensuring measuring instruments, jigs, and fixtures remain within accuracy tolerances.

Apply core Mechanical Engineering knowledge to assist in shop-floor production and quality checks.

Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to update gauge calibration registers and maintenance logs.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and shop-floor efficiency studies.

Maintain detailed logs of daily engineering tasks, calibration certificates, and root-cause reports.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE / BTech).

Experience: Fresher (0–1 Yrs). Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical principles, engineering drawings, and quality tools.

Keen attention to detail, analytical troubleshooting skills, and proactive learning attitude.
