Job Description
Perform routine preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on aerospace precision machining equipment and CNC machine tools.
Troubleshoot mechanical systems, hydraulic circuits, pneumatic controls, and electrical drives across plant machinery.
Monitor machine health, conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures, and minimize plant downtime.
Coordinate the procurement and inventory management of critical maintenance spares and consumables.
Enforce shop floor safety compliance, 5S standards, and AS9100 aerospace quality maintenance guidelines.
Maintain complete equipment maintenance history cards, breakdown reports, and PM checklists.

Qualifications
B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
3 – 5 Years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance within precision manufacturing, CNC machine shops, or aerospace industries.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical assemblies, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plant machinery.
