Job Description
Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance across manufacturing plants, wind turbine operations, and corporate facilities.
Ensure organizational adherence to ISO standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) and fire safety regulations.
Develop, maintain, and analyze HSE metrics and performance dashboards using Power BI, SAP, and advanced MS Excel.
Conduct internal safety audits, fire safety drills, vendor evaluations, and emergency preparedness assessments.
Prepare detailed HSE presentation decks, executive reports, and regulatory compliance filings using MS PowerPoint.
Lead safety awareness campaigns, worker training sessions, and behavioral safety observation programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Safety Engineering).
1-3 Yrs of experience in industrial/energy sector HSE engineering.
Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH certified candidates preferred.
Strong proficiency in SAP, Power BI, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint for data reporting and analytics.
