Engineer - Electrical Maintenance

Maintain equipment downtime within the target limit during shifts (below 8%) across heavy manufacturing machinery.

Perform shift maintenance routines, preventive servicing, and electrical inspection schedules for plant equipment.

Troubleshoot and program Siemens PLC systems to minimize automation faults and production halts.

Apply hands-on PLC programming logic to diagnose machine interlocks, sensor errors, and drive faults.

Oversee plant Electricals, including power distribution panels, motors, switchgear, and control circuits.

Conduct root-cause troubleshooting for electrical breakdowns to restore operational uptime swiftly.

Maintain complete shift maintenance logs, downtime reports, and spare parts consumption records.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or related disciplines.

5-8 Yrs of experience in plant electrical maintenance, automated heavy engineering, or forging plants.

Specialized expertise in Siemens PLC, PLC programming, and industrial automated control systems.

Strong diagnostic, analytical problem-solving, and shift management capabilities.
