Job Description
Perform on-site installation, mounting, and wiring of solar panels, inverters, charge controllers, and battery banks.
Carry out routine electrical testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on existing solar installations.
Inspect AC/DC electrical distribution boxes, cabling conduits, earthing systems, and surge protection devices.
Diagnose electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, and component failures, taking swift corrective action.
Adhere strictly to electrical safety standards, height-safety norms, and workplace health guidelines.

Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or related trade.
0 to 3 years of practical experience as an electrician or solar installation technician (freshers with ITI/Diploma eligible).
Sound practical knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical circuits, inverters, and power tools.Physical fitness and comfort working at rooftop heights and outdoor site conditions.
Strong focus on technical safety procedures and adherence to electrical wiring standards.
