Job Description
Perform electrical installation, wiring, panel maintenance, and troubleshooting across industrial plant setups (For Electricians).
Execute mechanical assembly, component fitting, equipment alignment, and routine machinery maintenance (For Fitters).
Carry out structural and sheet metal welding, fabrication, joint inspections, and repair operations (For Welders).
Follow strict shop floor safety regulations, PPE guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with site supervisors and maintenance teams to complete daily work orders on schedule.
Maintain daily work logs, equipment repair records, and tool maintenance sheets.

Qualifications
ITI (Fitter / Welder) or DEEE (Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering).
Experience: 1 to 3 Years of hands-on technical/industrial experience.
Practical knowledge in respective trades (Electrical wiring/panel maintenance, mechanical fitting, or welding operations).
Strong adherence to workplace safety practices and mechanical/electrical standards.
