Job Description
Act as Maintenance Engineer Electrical Shift in charge to handle manpower in shift operations.
Direct Operation Maintenance across plant manufacturing units to maintain machinery uptime.
Troubleshoot, program, and maintain automated systems powered by Mitsubishi PLC controllers.
Oversee full Plant Machinery operations, managing shift allocation, technician assignments, and technical escalations.
Perform structured Shift Management to balance maintenance workloads and emergency response times.
Enforce shop-floor safety guidelines, LOTO protocols, and electrical maintenance standards.
Maintain complete shift handover logs, breakdown histories, and equipment performance records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Mechatronics.
1-3 Yrs of experience in plant electrical maintenance, shift leadership, and industrial automation.
In-depth expertise in Mitsubishi PLC systems, plant machinery troubleshooting, and shift management.
Strong leadership, diagnostic problem-solving, and manpower management capabilities.
