Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing and packaging machinery on the production floor.

Execute structured Preventive Maintenance schedules to ensure long-term equipment reliability.

Perform swift Breakdown Maintenance to diagnose and repair electrical faults, drive issues, and panel trip states.

Inspect control panels, wiring harness routes, motors, and sensors across Plant machinery.

Minimize production line stoppages by maintaining optimal spare parts inventory and diagnostic readiness.

Adhere to strict plant electrical safety standards, lock-out procedures, and operational SOPs.

Maintain detailed breakdown logs, preventive service checklists, and component replacement records.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical streams.

1-3 Yrs of core experience in electrical maintenance, specifically within printing, packaging, or continuous manufacturing plants.

High proficiency in electrical breakdown troubleshooting, control circuit diagnostics, and preventive maintenance routines.

Solid technical discipline, analytical troubleshooting mindset, and shift management skills.
