Dispatch Executive

Manage day-to-day warehouse dispatch, material out-warding, and shipment scheduling operations.

Process outbound delivery documents, invoices, e-way bills, and gate passes within SAP.

Coordinate with transporters, logistics providers, and internal production units for timely vehicle placement and order fulfillment.

Verify dispatched goods against packing slips, delivery challans, and customer purchase orders.

Maintain accurate inventory dispatch logs, shipment tracking records, and inventory reconciliation sheets.

Any Degree (Graduation mandatory).

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse dispatch, logistics, or stores operations.

Strong, hands-on working knowledge of SAP (SD / MM modules).

Sound understanding of logistics documentation, statutory transit compliance, and dispatch workflows.

Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational capabilities.
