Dispatch Coordinator

Organize daily dispatch schedules, customer orders, and material loading routines for flooring products.

Supervise warehouse material handling, packing integrity, and safe vehicle loading processes.

Coordinate with local transport providers and delivery drivers to ensure prompt customer order fulfillment.

Maintain clear communication with internal sales teams and customers regarding dispatch and arrival timelines.

Verify delivery documents, physical stock quantities, and gate passes prior to vehicle departures.

Maintain structured daily dispatch registers, vehicle logs, and delivery receipt acknowledgments.

Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate degree.

0–1 Yrs of experience (Open to Freshers and Entry-Level Candidates in dispatch or logistics).

Clear spoken communication skills and strong organizational capabilities.

Practical understanding of material handling, warehouse logistics, and storekeeping.
