Dispatch Coordinator

Coordinate and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient product movement across supply chains.

Monitor warehouse order processing, batch picking, packing, and staging for outbound freight.

Utilize analytical skills and warehouse management software to streamline delivery schedules and route planning.

Coordinate between project site managers, transport vendors, and warehouse teams to align delivery priorities.

Prepare, verify, and file statutory dispatch documents, e-way bills, and transit insurance paperwork.

Maintain complete daily dispatch metrics, shipment tracking sheets, and turnaround time reports.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related fields.

0–1 Yrs of experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or warehouse management.

Proficiency in logistics software/WMS and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

Excellent coordination, operational planning, and multitasking skills.
