Dispatch Co-Ordinator

Plan and oversee end-to-end outbound logistics, packaging verification, material staging, and container/truck loading activities.

Perform physical counts and cross-match outgoing finished goods, spare kits, and accessories against customer packing lists and purchase orders.

Supervise protective packing, palletizing, crating, and strapping to eliminate the risk of transit damage during domestic and export freight handling.

Generate essential transport paperwork, including delivery challans, packing slips, commercial invoices, e-way bills, and material outward gate passes.

Coordinate vehicle placements, freight negotiations, and transit tracking with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and fleet drivers.

Maintain clear records of dispatched shipments, proof of delivery (POD) acknowledgments, and finished goods inventory tallies.

DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

0 to 2 Years of experience in dispatch operations, finished goods warehousing, or outbound logistics coordination.

Familiarity with heavy industrial equipment packing, transport regulations, and GST/E-Way bill statutory documentation.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across production, quality, accounts, and freight vendors under tight deadlines.

Computer proficiency in ERP dispatch modules, inventory spreadsheets, and logistics communication.
