Diploma Engineer Trainee

Hiring for a leading Finland-based MNC & global engineering OEM in mineral processing equipment.

Assist in Maintenance Operations and servicing of heavy industrial equipment such as Crusher machinery.

Undergo structured DET (Diploma Engineer Trainee) training modules across maintenance and production workflows.

Support field and plant engineers in executing routine equipment servicing, inspections, and component replacements.

Follow strict shop-floor safety standards, equipment lock-out procedures, and operational SOPs.

Maintain detailed daily training activity logs, machine maintenance records, and service checklists.

Diploma in Mechanical, Mining, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering.

0-1 Yrs of experience (specifically designed for fresh Diploma pass-outs).

Foundational knowledge of mechanical maintenance, heavy machinery, and industrial operations.

High eagerness to learn, analytical mindset, and strong work ethic.
