Job Description
Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate CRM applications with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
Provide technical support, testing, and deployment assistance.
Collaborate with business users to optimize CRM performance and user adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in CRM implementation and customization.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Knowledge of Python or scripting languages is an added advantage.
Strong communication and client interaction skills.
