Design Engineer

Create detailed 2D production drawings, 3D parametric CAD models, and assembly layouts for industrial dust collectors, air filters, and ventilation equipment.

Generate and maintain accurate, itemized Bills of Materials (BOM), manufacturing cut-lists, and technical documentation for sheet metal fabrication.

Collaborate closely with production and quality teams on the shop floor to review structural feasibility, resolve design interferences, and accommodate manufacturing tolerances.

Calculate structural parameters including sheet thickness allowances, bending deductions, load capacities, and aerodynamic casing tolerances.

Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and update drawing repositories to maintain strict version control across all active product lines.

Assist in standardizing modular design components to shorten product development cycles and reduce fabrication scrap.

DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

0 to 2 Years of design and modeling experience; enthusiastic fresh graduates with strong drafting skills are welcome.

Proficiency in mechanical CAD software packages such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or Creo.Solid fundamental understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques, bending operations, welding symbols, and dimensional tolerance standards.

Strong mechanical aptitude, detail orientation, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
