Job Description
Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) and APQP/PPAP processes for new fabrication and sheet metal projects.
Handle design feasibility reviews, tooling/fixture development, prototyping, and pilot batch trials.
Drive cross-functional APQP documentation: PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and SOPs.
Lead customer engineering interactions, technical design freeze meetings, and component sign-off milestones.
Manage NPD project timelines, stage-gate reviews, and seamless handover to the mass production team.
DGM Role: Direct divisional NPD strategies, project budgets, team leadership, and OEM client technical engagements.

Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
Experience: 4 to 8 Years for Senior Engineer | 12 to 18 Years for DGM in automotive NPD / APQP (Fabrication preferred).
Strong working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, GD&T, and CAD software (AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Catia).
