Job Description
Perform accurate data entry of daily sales invoices, dispatch entries, and customer orders into system databases.
Assist store teams with stock entries, material outward logs, and inventory movement tracking.
Prepare daily sales dispatch summaries, customer delivery schedules, and invoice documentation.
Coordinate between sales representatives and store supervisors for dispatch order execution.
Maintain clean sales query databases, delivery registers, and client correspondence logs.

Qualifications
Any Graduate, Diploma, or Higher Secondary qualification.
1 to 20 years of experience in sales data entry, computer operations, or store documentation.
Good typing speed, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and basic computerized accounting routines.
