Data Analyst (Bank Statement Analysis)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and managing data to support decision-making and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and maintain large volumes of data from various sources
Perform data entry and validation tasks using Excel and internal tools
Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Generate basic reports and dashboards for internal teams
Identify trends and patterns in data and highlight anomalies
Support the team in routine administrative and documentation tasks
Assist in automating repetitive data-related tasks using Excel formulas
Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports as required
Qualifications Required:

Bachelors degree in BBA (preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Commerce, or related fields knowledge)
Certification or training in Data Analysis or Excel is a plus
Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Filters, Sorting, Pivot Tables)
Familiarity with data entry techniques and tools
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
Good typing speed and proficiency in using computers
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range : Rs.10,000 to Rs.12,000 p/m
