Apply data storytelling techniques to translate complex data analytics into clear executive summaries and insights.

Build dynamic visual dashboards and reporting models using Power BI.

Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to streamline repetitive data processes and operational tasks.

Monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of analytical solutions.

Maintain detailed analytics documentation, process automation workflows, and SLA audit logs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

1-3 Yrs of experience in data analysis, data storytelling, and process automation solutions.

Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, RPA, data analytics, and SLA management.

Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration discipline.
