Job Description
Oversee and streamline day-to-day Security Operations Center (SOC) activities to maintain threat readiness.
Manage SOC shift distributions, operational workflows, and real-time monitoring strategies effectively.
Coordinate extensively with external security vendors, technical contractors, and service partners.
Detect, investigate, and remediate high-priority digital threats and network perimeter breaches.
Supervise incident handling protocols to ensure timely response to security events and system alarms.
Conduct periodic reviews of threat intelligence parameters and system performance metrics.
Establish strategic technical reporting channels to keep executive stakeholders updated on security postures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or an equivalent discipline.
5 years of extensive experience in IT security, showcasing deep mastery over large-scale corporate networks.
Proven leadership experience in running SOC operations, shift management, and vendor coordination frameworks.
Advanced technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CEH Master) demonstrating expert-level security knowledge.
Exceptional crisis management, strategic decision-making, and organizational leadership capabilities.
