Job Description
Manage full-cycle recruitment operations for international voice processes and customer support roles.
Source potential candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Evaluate candidates on English fluency, voice articulation, and customer service orientation.
Line up candidates for multi-round interviews and coordinate feedback with operations leads.
Guide candidates through documentation, background verification checks, and final offer rollout.
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and daily pipeline reports.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹1.75 – 4 Lacs PA.
Qualifications
Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Fresher & Experienced candidates eligible).
1–3 Yrs of experience in talent acquisition, HR recruiting, or international customer support operations.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong multitasking, candidate engagement, and organizational abilities.
