Job Description
Engage retail customers inside assigned showrooms to present SBI credit card products, offers, and benefits.
Assist walk-in shoppers with quick credit card eligibility checks, application processing, and digital KYC verification.
Achieve individual credit card issuance targets through active pitch and customer engagement on the showroom floor.
Build strong rapport with store management and floor staff to identify potential customer leads.
Ensure clear communication regarding card features, fee structures, reward programs, and promotional schemes.
Maintain complete daily application logs, lead trackers, and sales conversion metrics.
Work Type & Benefits:
Direct Walk-In Drive: 13th & 14th August.
Fixed Take-Home Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (No performance-based salary deduction).
Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 – ₹50,000.
Benefits included: ESI + PF.
Experienced sales candidates: Salary will be based on previous salary.

Qualifications
Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate degree.
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced sales candidates.
Gender Preference: Male & Female candidates welcome.
Age Limit: 18 – 32 Years.
Strong customer interaction, active sales pitching, and persuasive communication skills.
