Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and project cost estimates.

Perform detailed rate analysis for civil, structural, and interior finishing works based on market prices.

Interpret architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to quantify material requirements.

Coordinate with procurement and vendor teams to obtain competitive material quotes and subcontracting rates.

Track project budget variances, monitor cost escalations, and assist in tender document preparation.

Maintain organized historical cost databases, rate analysis sheets, and estimation records.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

3-5 Yrs of hands-on experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.

Excellent numerical, analytical, blueprint reading, and rate estimation skills.
