Cost Estimator

Calculate detailed cost estimates and generate itemized BOQs for exhibition stalls, events, and interior fit-out projects.

Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and specialized trade contractors to negotiate competitive material and service pricing.

Review design renders, spatial layouts, and production specifications to determine accurate material costs.

Monitor on-site fabrication and production budgets to prevent project cost overruns.

Collaborate with design and project management teams to suggest cost-effective fabrication alternatives.

Maintain complete vendor rate cards, project costing sheets, and historical pricing logs.

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Event Management.

3–5 Yrs of proven experience in cost estimation within exhibitions, events, or commercial interior fit-outs.

Strong vendor management network and deep understanding of exhibition fabrication materials and methods.

Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and time management skills.
