Job Description
Proven experience troubleshooting CNC controls, PLC systems, industrial automation, and electrical control panels.
Apply advanced Diagnostics and fault-finding routines across multi-axis CNC machining centers and automated lines.
Maintain and optimize PLC programming logic, sensor feedback systems, and servo/stepper drives.
Execute electrical engineering maintenance on heavy CNC machining units and precision automation hardware.
Participate in localization and equipment upgrade projects to enhance line efficiency and reduce spare costs.
Direct preventive and corrective maintenance routines to minimize automation downtime.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of control system modifications, backup programs, and diagnostic logs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
1-3 Yrs of specialized experience in CNC machine control maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial automation.
Deep technical expertise in CNC controls, Siemens/Fanuc PLCs, electrical diagnostics, and automated systems.
High analytical problem-solving skills, precision focus, and cross-functional engineering execution capabilities.
