Job Description
Manage field collection routines and EMI recovery operations for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios.
Conduct daily customer visits to delinquent accounts to ensure timely collection of overdues and overdue EMI payments.
Coordinate with customers to resolve payment delays, negotiate repayment schedules, and minimize portfolio NPA (Non-Performing Assets).
Deposit collected funds promptly into company bank accounts and issue official receipt documentation.
Update collection status logs, track bucket-wise recoveries, and report daily field collection metrics to branch managers.
Maintain complete customer interaction histories, field visit logs, and recovery tracking registers.

Qualifications
Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate qualification.
Minimum 1 year of core experience in LAP (Loan Against Property) or HL (Home Loan) collections.
Strong field negotiation capabilities, local territory knowledge, and customer conflict resolution skills.
Willingness for continuous field travel within assigned district territories.
