Job Description
Manage field debt collections and recovery operations while establishing and maintaining positive client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly collection recovery targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Represent the bank professionally with integrity, adhering strictly to ethical collection standards and banking compliance norms.
Conduct field visits to delinquent loan customers to understand repayment issues and structure acceptable settlement or repayment schedules.
Maintain daily collection logs, update recovery tracking software, and coordinate with branch operations for cash deposits and receipts.

Qualifications
Any Graduate / Higher Secondary (10+2 / Diploma / Any Degree).
0 to 3 Years of experience (Freshers / "Fresh Minds" welcome to apply).
Prior exposure to banking, microfinance (MFI), NBFC retail loans, or field collection is an added advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
