Job Description
Manage field collection operations, loan EMI recovery, and customer portfolio follow-ups across assigned territory routes.
Visit customer locations to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments while maintaining professional banking etiquette.
Educate borrowers on digital payment options, repayment schedules, and resolving payment discrepancies.
Update daily field visit remarks, customer interactions, and collection receipts in the mobile banking/CRM application.
Coordinate with branch managers and credit teams to identify non-performing assets (NPA) and minimize credit defaults.
Maintain structured daily collection registers, cash deposit receipts, and route audit trails.

Qualifications
Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline.
Experience: Freshers / Entry-Level candidates ("Our Company Need Fresh Minds!") to experienced collection executives.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and local area geographic knowledge.
Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field operations.
