Job Description
Lead and manage overall credit recovery operations, field collections, and payment tracking across regional territories.
Formulate and execute robust collection strategies to achieve monthly recovery targets and minimize bad debt/NPA.
Oversee team performance, assign collection targets, and mentor field collection executives.
Manage high-value delinquent customer accounts through direct negotiation and structured repayment follow-ups.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups and ensure prompt payment recovery routines across trade channels.
Maintain complete collection tracking reports, overdue aging analysis, and team performance dashboards.

Qualifications
Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Any Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Collections / Credit Recovery (preferably in electricals, hardware, or trade distribution).
Mandatory Languages: Fluent in Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.
Strong leadership, team-handling, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
