Collection Executive

Handle international voice calls for US Collections and debt recovery processes during night shifts.

Contact US-based customers regarding delinquent accounts, medical bills, or credit dues to negotiate repayment solutions.

Explain outstanding balances, payment terms, and settlement options clearly while maintaining compliance with US debt collection laws (FDCPA).

Update customer account statuses, payment commitments, and call notes in CRM databases.

Achieve monthly individual recovery targets while providing professional customer service.

Maintain complete call logs, collection metrics, and dispute resolution records.

Higher Secondary (HSC passed) or Graduate degree in any stream.

1–3 Yrs of experience; open to freshers with strong English communication as well as experienced collection executives.

Salary Offered: ₹2–4.5 Lacs PA.

Work Schedule: US Shifts (including night shifts).

Excellent English verbal communication, negotiation, and telephone handling skills.
