Collection Executive

Conduct field collections and loan recovery operations for retail finance and vehicle loan portfolios.

Visit delinquent customers in assigned territories to recover overdue EMI payments and reduce NPA buckets.

Negotiate repayment terms and follow up regularly with borrowers to ensure timely collection routines.

Deposit collected payments promptly and maintain precise transaction documentation.

Provide updates to branch leads on field visit outcomes, client feedback, and recovery progress.

Maintain organized field collection logs, deposit receipts, and overdue recovery records.

Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate qualification.

0–1 Yrs of experience; open to freshers with strong motivation as well as experienced collection executives.

Strong negotiation, local area knowledge, and field recovery capabilities.
