Job Description
Execute field collection routines specifically targeting Non-Performing Assets (NPA cases) and hard bucket delinquent accounts.
Conduct direct field visits to default borrowers to negotiate loan settlement terms and secure overdue EMI payments.
Trace high-risk customer accounts, assess borrower repayment capacity, and manage portfolio risk.
Coordinate with legal and regional recovery teams for persistent default cases requiring vehicle repossessions or legal actions.
Ensure immediate issuance of receipts and secure deposit of recovered funds into company bank accounts.
Maintain detailed field visit logs, hard bucket collection trackers, and NPA recovery progress reports.
Qualifications
Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate degree.
1–3 Yrs of core experience in field collections, hard bucket recoveries, or NPA management in retail finance/NBFCs.
Salary Offered: ₹2–3.75 Lacs PA.
Strong negotiation, local geography knowledge, customer persuasion, and stress handling capabilities.
