Collection Executive

Manage loan recoveries, field collection visits, and payment follow-ups acrossassigned regional accounts.

Handle complex recovery cases and manage loan recoveries through legal means when necessary in coordination with legal teams.

Interact with defaulted borrowers to establish workable repayment schedules and secure overdue amounts.

Issue official receipts for payments collected and ensure prompt bank deposits.

Track overdue accounts, monitor repayment commitments, and minimize portfolio default rates.

Maintain accurate field recovery logs, customer interaction files, and legal escalation records.

Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate degree.

1–3 Yrs of experience in field collections, debt recovery, or loan servicing.

Strong communication, legal process awareness, and conflict resolution skills.
