CNC Programmer cum Operator

Develop and optimize G-code and M-code programs for CNC machine operation, lathe, and milling equipment.

Perform setup, tooling selection, and job offset calibration for continuous machine operating routines.

Execute routine CNC milling and CNC turning tasks in accordance with production component engineering drawings.

Operate CNC machinery equipped with Fanuc control software systems, ensuring high precision and tight tolerances.

Conduct basic preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.

Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).

Maintain accurate production logs, daily output registers, and machine maintenance records.

Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, Tool & Die, or related technical trades.

1–3 Yrs of experience in CNC programming, machine operation, and tool setup.

Practical hands-on experience with CNC lathe, CNC milling machines, and Fanuc controller software.

Baseline understanding of shop-floor production routines, safety protocols, and mechanical drawing reading.
