Job Description
Develop and optimize technical programs for CNC Turning and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) operations.
Ensure quality control through regular testing, dimension checking, and documentation of machined components.
Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and depth of cut parameters for various metal materials.
Program and simulate tool paths to prevent tool collisions and reduce machining cycle times.
Troubleshoot programming errors, dimensional variations, and machine alarm codes during runs.
Coordinate with shop-floor operators to guide component setups and verify first-piece approvals.
Maintain organized program backup files, quality test reports, and component inspection logs.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or ITI Tool & Die Maker.
0–1 Yrs of experience, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and junior CNC programmers.
Solid baseline knowledge of CNC Programming, VMC Programming, CNC Turning, and quality control routines.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and systematic documentation habits.
