Job Description
Develop, test, and execute CNC Programming for manufacturing industrial valve components and heavy engineering parts.
Program and operate multi-axis VMC (Vertical Machining Center) and CNC Turning machines.
Perform precision Drilling, Milling, Turning, and CNC Milling operations according to detailed engineering blueprints.
Select optimal cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and tool paths to maximize machining efficiency and surface finish.
Work flexibly in shifts (Willing to work in Shifts) to support continuous manufacturing plant operations.
Collaborate with quality control teams to inspect machined valve components against stringent dimensional tolerances.
Maintain complete component setup sheets, program backup files, and shift output registers.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Production Engineering, or ITI Tool & Die Maker.
5-8 Yrs of experience in CNC programming and high-precision machining, preferably in valve or heavy engineering manufacturing.
Advanced expertise in CNC Programming, VMC operation, CNC Turning, CNC Milling, and tooling optimization.
Willingness to work in rotating operational shifts with high technical accuracy and team coordination.
