Job Description
Develop, optimize, and simulate 3D CNC programs for precision aerospace components and complex machining operations.
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, 3D CAD/CAM models, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining centers.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, tool paths, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and surface finish.
Perform first-piece verification, dimensional inspections, and cycle time optimization to minimize machining defects.
Maintain comprehensive CNC program archives, setup sheets, tooling lists, and revision history logs.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹4–7 Lacs PA.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering, or NTTF/Tool & Die Making.
3-5 Yrs of proven experience in 3D CNC programming and machining within precision manufacturing or aerospace industries.
Strong expertise in CAD/CAM programming software (e.g., Mastercam, NX CAM, Delcam/PowerMill).
In-depth understanding of GD&T symbols, CNC turning/milling processes, and precision measurement equipment.
