Claims Executive

Manage end-to-end motor and vehicle insurance claims lifecycle from initial receipt to final settlement.

Review claim intimation reports, policy terms, coverage clauses, and survey assessment documents.

Coordinate with independent surveyors, workshop networks, and policyholders to ensure timely claim adjudication.

Validate repair estimates, assess vehicle loss calculations, and ensure compliance with IRDAI regulatory guidelines.

Process claim approval notes, handle documentation discrepancies, and authorize settlement disbursements.

Maintain daily claims processing registers, settlement turnaround time (TAT) records, and audit reports.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹3–5 Lacs PA.

Any Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Commerce background preferred).

3–5 Yrs of hands-on experience in motor insurance claims processing, vehicle insurance, or general insurance operations.

Sound technical understanding of automotive parts, repair estimation, and motor insurance policies.

Strong negotiation, analytical reasoning, and customer relationship management skills.
