Chemical Engineer

Monitor and manage Distributed Control System (DCS) operations across chlor-alkali manufacturing units.

Oversee chemical reaction parameters, temperature controls, flow rates, and pressure levels via DCS control room interface.

Troubleshoot operational variances and ensure smooth, uninterrupted plant production.

Adhere strictly to industrial health, plant safety standards, and environmental chemical regulations.

Coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues promptly.

Maintain complete shift DCS logs, operational trend data, and plant output reports.

B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

3-5 Yrs of experience in chemical plant operations, specifically DCS control room operations.

Candidate Preference: Prefers women candidates.

Industry experience in Chlor-Alkali manufacturing or continuous process chemical plants.
