Business Intelligence Analyst

Analyze complex operational datasets to generate actionable business intelligence insights and support decision-making.

Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate data flow into reporting dashboards.

Design interactive dashboards and key performance indicator (KPI) trackers for business leadership teams.

Partner with operational leaders to translate complex business requirements into analytical data models.

Monitor data integrity, audit reporting pipelines, and streamline operational reporting workflows.

Maintain complete documentation for analytics models, pipeline architecture, and business metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

1-3 Yrs of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and operational leadership reporting.

Strong proficiency in data pipelines, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
