Job Description
Drive retail client acquisition and business development for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Generate new customer leads through direct market outreach, builder tie-ups, real estate agents, and DSA networks.
Engage with prospective borrowers to understand financial requirements and present suitable housing finance solutions.
Collect and verify customer KYC details, property documents, and financial records for loan application processing.
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and technical valuation teams to facilitate smooth loan sanctions and disbursements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Qualifications
Any Degree (Graduation in Any Discipline / Commerce / Management / Arts / Science).
Open to Freshers and experienced candidates with retail lending/housing finance sales exposure.
Local residency in or around Bhavani is preferred/mandatory.
Good verbal communication, field pitching, and customer relationship handling skills.
