Job Description
Drive commercial business development and sales growth across marine services, shipping logistics, and offshore supply sectors.
Identify, engage, and onboard key maritime clients, ship owners, fleet operators, and ship management companies.
Promote and sell ship chandling services, marine technical supplies, spare parts provisioning, and freight forwarding solutions.
Negotiate long-term supply contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and commercial terms with maritime stakeholders.
Oversee port-level logistics coordination, vendor management, and timely fulfillment of vessel supply orders.
Monitor marine industry market trends, competitor pricing, port traffic, and regional shipping volumes.
Maintain accurate sales funnels, revenue projections, and key account management documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
8–12 Yrs of overall experience, with 8–10+ years of dedicated experience in Marine Sales, Shipping Sales, or Ship Chandling.
Deep domain understanding of maritime supply chains, vessel provisioning, and ocean freight logistics.
Proven track record in B2B corporate sales and client acquisition within the maritime and shipping industry.
Strong executive communication, commercial negotiation, and client relationship management capabilities.
