A Business Development Executive in an HR B2B company is pivotal in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting HR solutions. Their role bridges the gap between the company's offerings and the client's needs, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels like networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new / existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for up selling or cross-selling.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like marketing and product development to align strategies and deliver optimal solutions to clients.
Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company policies.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the HR industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
