BSC Nursing Tutor (Female)

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated BSc Nursing Tutor to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to nursing students, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their nursing careers.
The BSc Nursing Tutor will also engage in academic advising, curriculum development, and research activities to enhance the nursing program.

Requirements

Instructional Duties:
Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and seminars in nursing subjects, including but not limited to anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, nursing theories, and clinical practices.
Develop and implement instructional materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and online resources.
Assess and evaluate students€™ progress through exams, quizzes, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic and professional development.
Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop, review, and update the nursing curriculum and course content.
Integrate current best practices, research findings, and advancements in nursing into the curriculum.
Academic Advising:
Offer academic and career advice to students, including guidance on clinical placements, research projects, and career planning.
Address student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and grades.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to institutional committees as required.
Ensure compliance with academic policies and accreditation standards.
