Job Description
As part of the Branch Banking team, Branch Relationship Officers (BROs) act as the face of Axis Bank. They are responsible for providing financial solutions to customers by offering banking products, servicing existing and new-to-bank (NTB) customers, and expanding the customer base through referrals and visits. BROs also process customer transactions, ensure compliance, cross-sell products, and engage in promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial solutions by cross-selling retail banking and third-party products (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans, etc.)
Achieve monthly business budgets set by the organization
Generate referrals and leads for new customers
Promote bank products through marketing activities and customer visits
Engage existing customers to deepen relationships and bring more deposits
Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TATs
Introduce customers to alternate banking channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, WhatsApp Banking)
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate CRM entries and participate in campaigns/drives
Complete mandatory certifications (EUIN, SP Certification, etc.) and bank training activities
Qualifications
Graduation / Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
