Handle high-value client acquisitions, resolve complex customer grievances, and build local banking relationships.

Maintain complete branch operation registers, audit compliance files, and performance tracking reports.

Bachelor's degree or Master's/MBA in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

5-8 Yrs of core banking experience with proven leadership in branch operations and administration.

Strong leadership, retail banking operations acumen, and customer relationship capabilities.
