Design, build, and optimize decentralized ecosystem architectures and smart contract pipelines as a passionate Blockchain Engineer.
Develop secure, high-performance distributed ledger systems using permissioned frameworks like Hyperledger.
Architect and deploy smart contracts, token economies, and decentralized applications (dApps) on public protocols like Ethereum.
Write clean, maintainable, and asynchronous server-side runtime environments leveraging Node.Js and framework middleware.
Formulate robust data analysis scripts, mathematical validation modules, and backend infrastructure components using Python.
Compile, test, and debug smart contracts systematically within decentralized development frameworks using Truffle suites.
Manage consensus mechanisms, cryptographic security parameters, and peer-to-peer network nodes to ensure immutable ledger transactions.

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, or a technical equivalent stream.
3–5 Yrs of dedicated professional engineering experience, demonstrating strong hands-on growth in web3 frameworks.
Direct, verifiable practical familiarity writing backend scripts in Java, Node.Js, or Python alongside cryptographic concepts.
Deep structural understanding of ledger mechanics, public vs. private consensus networks, and automated compile/test suites like Truffle.
Strategic diagnostic skills with a detail-oriented focus on engineering highly secure, fault-tolerant network systems.
