Billing Engineer

Execute end-to-end billing functions, BOQ Preparation, Estimation, and site measurement verifications for interior projects.

Prepare and process Client Billing statements based on project completion stages and design specifications.

Review, verify, and process Sub Contractor Billing invoices against verified site execution measurements.

Perform material takeoff estimations and maintain dynamic BOQ tracking sheets.

Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to audit joint measurements and variation claims.

Maintain comprehensive billing ledgers, client payment trackers, and subcontractor payment files.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related construction fields.

1-3 Yrs of core experience in billing engineering, BOQ preparation, and interior project accounting.

Practical proficiency in Sub Contractor Billing, Client Billing, Estimation, and measurement checks.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel / CAD measurement tools.
