Billing Engineer

Perform quantity surveying duties and cost estimation specifically for railway infrastructure projects.

Prepare, verify, and process Client Billing statements in accordance with contract terms and work measurements.

Reconcile and certify Contractor Billing and subcontractor measurement sheets against site execution.

Maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) tracking files and reconcile material consumption against billed items.

Coordinate with site engineering teams to audit joint measurements and work completion records.

Maintain complete billing documentation, measurement books (MB), and project reconciliation registers.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

3-5 Yrs of experience in quantity surveying, billing engineering, and railway infrastructure projects.

Strong background in Quantity Surveying, Client Billing, and Contractor Billing processes.

High analytical proficiency in measurement auditing, contract management, and commercial reconciliation.
