Billing Engineer

Perform bill certification, bill checking, and preparation of payment certificates for real estate developments.

Follow up on measurement verifications, site work progress, and contractor invoice processing routines.

Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ Preparation) and perform quantity estimation across structural and finishing works.

Execute quantity surveying calculations to reconcile site material usage with contractor billing.

Verify site measurement sheets against approved architectural drawings and execution standards.

Maintain organized billing archives, payment registers, and site measurement books.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of experience as a billing engineer or quantity surveyor in residential/commercial real estate.

Proven technical expertise in BOQ Preparation, Quantity Estimation, and Quantity Surveying.

Strong numerical accuracy, contract evaluation discipline, and site measurement verifications.
